Evidence-based executive coaching designed by a physician and psychotherapist. For leaders who want sustainable performance, not motivational platitudes.
You perform. But performance without awareness creates blind spots that compound over time.
You built something from nothing. Now the organization needs you to lead differently than you built. That transition requires precision, not guesswork.
The higher you climb, the fewer honest conversations you have. Coaching creates a space where you get direct, informed feedback without organizational politics.
Leading teams across US and European markets creates friction most coaches don't understand. We operate in both worlds daily.
Most coaching stays on the surface. Ours goes to the root, because behavior change that lasts requires understanding why patterns exist.
We use current neuroscience research to explain why you react the way you do under pressure, and how to rewire those patterns systematically.
Your leadership style has a signature. We map it, identify where it serves you and where it costs you, then build targeted interventions.
Every insight translates into a concrete action within your actual work context. No theory without application. No session without a next step.

Licensed physician and psychotherapist in Germany. He leads a multi-disciplinary practice with two locations in Germany, where a team of physicians and psychotherapists work under his umbrella. As Research & Development Director of Peak Growth Center, he oversees methodological design and the development of our evidence-based programs. In the United States, he works as an executive coach for senior leaders and executives โ combining clinical expertise in trauma therapy and neurobiology with firsthand experience scaling organizations and navigating cross-cultural business environments. Coaches from a position of practice, not theory.
Most executive coaches work with surface-level frameworks. Dr. Zeiss brings a physician's understanding of how stress, trauma, and neurobiological patterns shape leadership behavior. The result: deeper insight, faster change, longer-lasting results.
