No. You don't need a referral. You book a first appointment with a provider directly through our platform. This works differently in the US than in Germany.

The providers we connect you with work out-of-network. You pay for the session directly and receive a superbill with CPT codes, which we issue on the provider's behalf. Many insurers reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy costs — whether and how much depends on your individual plan, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Check your benefits in advance or call your insurance company.

For telehealth sessions, you must be physically located in Florida at the time of the session. This also applies to snowbirds who are currently staying in Florida.

You'll receive a link to a secure video platform. All you need is a stable internet connection, a camera, and a quiet space. For many concerns, studies indicate comparable effectiveness between video and in-person therapy. The protection of your data is taken seriously; the systems used meet appropriate security standards.

Yes. The providers we connect you with speak fluent German and English. Couples sessions with an English-speaking partner are easily accommodated.
